The two presentations were shared at our recent meeting:Kickoff 2025 and AWOL Intensive. Both emphasize personal and spiritual growth within a Christian framework. Kickoff 2025 outlines a structured approach to helping lay men deepen their discipleship through a "4D Formation" model focusing on human, intellectual, spiritual, and pastoral development. It encourages intentional community-based formation to align life and vocation with God’s will. Meanwhile, AWOL Intensive delves into the profound impact of life experiences, particularly childhood adversities, on personal development. It highlights the importance of revisiting and reframing past wounds to foster emotional, spiritual, and relational healing, enabling men to embrace their authentic selves and lead lives grounded in faith and virtue. Both presentations advocate for a holistic transformation toward purpose and holiness
